Mini MagLock

49mm Base Plate and Lens Cap

We wanted to bring our Helix Maglock filter system to the smaller point and shoot cameras so we shrunk it down to fit the Leica Q3 and Fuji X100VI sized cameras. We have base plates specifically for the Q3 and X100VI so no adapters are needed as well as standard baseplates for traditional lenses up to 55mm threads.

  • Compatible with other camera lenses with threads from 43mm to 55m BasePlates Required
  • Each Filter includes front and rear aluminum defender (replaces your lens cap).
  • Mag-Lock fully locks down and does not come off until you unlock it.

Matthew W. ★★★★★

I was worried the magnetic hold might be too weak for a compact camera, but this base plate keeps the lens cap securely attached even in my bag. The slim profile doesn't add any bulk to the setup, which is exactly what I needed for my X100VI.

Grace G. ★★★★★

Finally, a magnetic filter that actually fits my compact camera without looking bulky. The base plate locks on securely and the cap snaps off effortlessly when I need to shoot.

Carter B. ★★★★★

I’ve been using this base plate on my daily carry camera for two weeks now, and the magnetic lens cap stays securely in place even when I toss it in my bag. The 49mm threading was a perfect fit, and swapping filters is so much faster without unscrewing a traditional cap.
