Installed these in my car doors last weekend and the 3-ohm impedance really lets them pull more from the head unit than standard 4-ohm speakers. The midbass is punchy and clean even at moderate volume, no distortion yet.

The structured HQPP cone gives these 5-inch components a crisp, precise sound that really shines at lower volumes. I paired them with a small amp and the 3-ohm impedance made installation straightforward.

The HQPP cone’s 3D structure caught my eye, and after installing these in my doors, the midrange clarity is genuinely impressive for the price. They handle power well at 80w, though I’d suggest sound deadening around the mounting points to get the best out of them.
